Axe Valley Dog Training – Terms & Conditions
By booking and/or paying for training with Axe Valley Dog Training (“we”, “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Training Approach
We use kind, effective, and non-punitive training methods.
All programmes are carefully designed for the wellbeing of both dog and owner.
2. Training Sessions
Session lengths published are for guidance. Quality, safety, and comfort of the dog will always come first.
With your agreement, photos/videos may be taken during training for progress records or promotional use. Please advise if you do not consent.
Results cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on many factors including your dog’s history, behaviour, and your commitment. What we guarantee is a professional service.
3. Training Policy
By booking training, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
If these Terms are breached, we reserve the right to cancel sessions, packages, or classes without refund.
4. Health & Behaviour
You must fully disclose any behavioural issues, traits, or history that might affect training suitability.
Dogs that show aggression or severe nervousness may be refused entry to classes. Please contact us if unsure.
You are responsible for your dog’s behaviour at all times, including when off-lead or in public spaces.
Female dogs in season cannot attend classes for at least 4 weeks. Where available, online options will be offered.
Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, de-worming, and flea/tick treatments.
Dogs with parasites (fleas, lice, ticks) may be asked to leave classes until treated.
Attendance at group classes carries some risk of illness (e.g. kennel cough). Vaccinations reduce but do not eliminate risk. By attending, you accept this risk.
We are not liable for accident, injury, or death of dogs during training, except where caused by our negligence.
