Membership Agreement

Using Your Membership

Your membership can only be used by yourself. You agree to not share your login access with anyone outside of your organisation.

Your Access

Access to The Terrific Terrier Club lasts from the day it is purchased until cancelled by you or Axe Valley Dog Training. Membership payments are taken on a rolling cycle and will continue until cancelled.

Reasonable Use Policy

Access to The Terrific Terrier Club is at the absolute discretion of Axe Valley Dog Training. IP addresses will be checked and if you are suspected of sharing your login outside of your organisation access may be denied for the rest of your term. If we notice suspicious or excessive usage from your IP address, we also have the right to suspend your access to The Terrific Terrier Club indefinitely without notice or refund. This is at the sole discretion of Axe Valley Dog Training. You are permitted to use the material to develop and further your own trading business but the use of the material to teach, educate, coach or mentor other businesses or in any way to compete with the services of Axe Valley Dog Training is strictly forbidden.

Earnings & Income Disclaimer

So many factors will influence your results and performance including your own knowledge, skills, implementation and experience that Axe Valley Dog Training cannot and does not make any guarantees or warranties about your ability to get results or earn any money with any of our information, tools or strategies.

Cancellation of Membership

We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you cancel. You can cancel your Online Membership with a month's notice at any time. To cancel your subscription email: info@axevalleydogtraining.co.uk

Monthly Axe Valley Dog Training subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel.

Termination of Membership

Axe Valley Dog Training is committed to providing a positive and productive experience. You agree that Axe Valley Dog Training at its sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your right to participate without forgiveness of any remaining payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with or fail to follow guidelines.

Transferability

The Terrific Terrier Club content and materials may not be sold, transferred or assigned.

Limitation of Liability

We accept no responsibility or liability for the views or opinions expressed by authors, trainers, facilitators, or people who comment in the Facebook group. Subject to matters which by law cannot be excluded, our maximum liability in connection with these Terms and Conditions will not exceed £100.

You agree that the Axe Valley Dog Training products and services, graphics, member interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement Axe Valley Dog Training services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Axe Valley Dog Training and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, intellectual property and other laws.

You agree that You will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except to educate and develop You and Your team and to grow Your own business.

No portion of the Axe Valley Dog Training services or content may be reproduced in any form or by any means by You without expressed written permission from Axe Valley Dog Training. You agree not to modify, copy, publish, lend, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Axe Valley Dog Training services or content in any manner, and You shall not exploit the Axe Valley Dog Training brand or logo in any unauthorised way.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Axe Valley Dog Training and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Axe Valley Dog Training products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Axe Valley Dog Training brand at any time without notice. In no event will Axe Valley Dog Training be liable for making these changes.

Axe Valley Dog Training may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Axe Valley Dog Training services, in any case and without notice or liability.

All copyrights in and to Axe Valley Dog Training (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Axe Valley Dog Training and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law.

General

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire terms and conditions between us in relation to dog training and supersede all previous agreements. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the English courts shall have the non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising out of or under it.
